[Remote] VP of Revenue & Growth – CellarAI
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CellarAI is redefining how frontline sales teams engage with brand education and activation. As VP of Revenue & Growth, you will lead the company's commercial growth, oversee client success, manage strategic relationships, and execute campaigns across markets.
Responsibilities
- Build & Run pipeline and owning execution of hitting ARR goals
- Lead client onboarding, expansion planning, and execution of annual education and engagement programs
- Translate client goals into platform strategies and ensure performance KPIs are met or exceeded
- Identify upsell, renewal, and expansion opportunities with existing partners
- Lead the development and execution of multi-market campaigns that align with brand objectives
- Translate brand goals into engaging, effective rep-facing media experiences on the CellarAI platform that drive rep engagement strategies, and incentive designs for maximum impact
- Collaborate closely with creative teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand content
- Manage cross-functional coordination to ensure timely delivery of assets and seamless program rollout
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance to boost engagement, learning retention, and sales results
- Develop reporting to clients that seamlessly shows the value of CellarAI
- Partner with Engineering to drive product enhancements that deliver value to both clients and internal teams
- Collaborate with product teams to surface platform feedback and inform roadmap priorities
- Work closely with marketing on client communications, case studies, and go-to-market messaging
- Contribute to internal process development to scale delivery across a growing client base
Skills
- 4–10 years of experience in growth, client success, sales, marketing, brand partnerships, or sales enablement
- Experience working with (or at) top-tier CPG brands, distributors, or trade marketing teams
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and complex programs across multiple stakeholders
- Strong strategic thinking paired with tactical execution skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Comfortable in fast-paced, startup environments and ambiguity
- CPG experience preferred
- Experience with creative, product, or engineering teams a plus
- Familiarity with the beverage alcohol industry is a strong plus, but not required
