Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

  • Accurately input patient and claim information into the QuickClaim system using scanned images and electronic documents.
  • Identify and classify document types (e.g., invoices, medical records, eligibility forms) to ensure proper routing and processing.
  • Maintain a high level of data quality by adhering to established validation rules and performing routine checks for completeness and accuracy.
  • Protect Personal Health Information (PHI) in strict compliance with HIPAA regulations, employing encryption, secure file handling, and confidentiality protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including claims processors, quality assurance analysts, and IT support—to resolve data discrepancies and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Provide constructive feedback on process bottlenecks and suggest automation enhancements that align with arenaflex’s continuous‑improvement philosophy.
  • Complete assigned office tasks—such as reporting, documentation, and routine audits—promptly and with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, webinars, and knowledge‑sharing forums to stay current with industry standards and arenaflex’s evolving technology stack.

Essential Qualifications – What We Require

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a self‑motivated work ethic and reliable internet connectivity.
  • Exceptional multitasking skills, allowing you to manage multiple document streams while maintaining accuracy.
  • High attention to detail, with a proven track record of delivering speed and precision in data entry tasks.
  • Quick learning aptitude, capable of mastering new software interfaces and procedural guidelines with minimal supervision.
  • Commitment to strict confidentiality of client and patient data, adhering to HIPAA and internal security policies.
  • Fluent English communication skills—both written and spoken—to ensure clear documentation and effective collaboration.
  • Typing proficiency of at least 50 words per minute with a minimum of 95% accuracy, and the ability to process 4,500 keystrokes per hour at the same accuracy level.

Compensation, Schedule & Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $12 per hour, with both full‑time and part‑time opportunities available. The role requires a minimum of 20 hours per week, and we prefer candidates who can commit to a full‑time schedule. Shifts are flexible between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, allowing you to align work hours with personal commitments.
