Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & Record Management

  • Accurately input client profiles, travel itineraries, expense reports, and vendor contracts into arenaflex’s CRM and spreadsheet platforms.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date, organized records of all client communications, booking modifications, and service notes.
  • Perform routine data audits to identify and correct inconsistencies, duplicate entries, or missing information.
  • Generate and format reports that summarize booking trends, client preferences, and operational metrics for senior leadership.

Quality Assurance & Process Improvement

  • Conduct systematic reviews of entered data to ensure compliance with arenaflex’s data‑quality standards and industry regulations.
  • Develop and document best‑practice procedures for data entry, verification, and archival.
  • Collaborate with travel advisors and the operations team to streamline workflows, reducing manual effort and minimizing error rates.

Customer Service & Collaboration

  • Respond promptly to internal inquiries from travel advisors, providing accurate information and support for client‑related questions.

  • Participate in cross‑functional meetings to align data entry priorities with broader business objectives.
  • Support ad‑hoc projects, including special promotions, vendor onboarding, and seasonal campaign data collection.
