Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide courteous, patient, and solution‑focused assistance to both internal and external customers, ensuring every interaction reflects arenaflex’s high standards.
  • Reservation & Ticketing Support: Operate a modern reservation system to manage bookings, ticket changes, cancellations, and refunds with accuracy and speed.
  • Financial Transactions: Process cash, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons; calculate fares, issue change, and reconcile daily cash drawers.
  • Freight & Cargo Coordination: Assist customers with cargo shipments, answer inquiries, and ensure timely loading of freight onto aircraft.
  • Issue Resolution: Address oversold seats, delayed or cancelled flights, lost or damaged baggage, and other travel disruptions promptly, following arenaflex policies.
  • Information Dissemination: Provide up‑to‑date flight schedules, gate information, and travel advisories to passengers and stakeholders.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Complete required forms, incident reports, and performance logs accurately and on time.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors, team leads, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and a seamless customer experience.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in training programs, achieve a minimum 80% pass rate on the Customer Support Specialist certification, and stay current on industry best practices.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
