The Evening‑Shift Remote Customer Success Associate is the frontline ambassador who ensures that every interaction—whether via phone, email, or chat—leaves a lasting positive impression. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries across telephone, email, and live‑chat channels during the scheduled shift (2 PM – 10 PM EST, Monday‑Friday, with occasional weekend coverage).
  • Provide friendly, relatable, and solution‑focused assistance that guides shoppers through the entire purchase journey—from product discovery to order confirmation.
  • Maintain a minimum of 70 quality interactions per shift, while consistently meeting or exceeding established service‑level metrics.
  • Exercise empowered decision‑making to resolve issues on the spot, balancing customer delight with arenaflex’s business objectives.
  • Capture and relay actionable customer feedback to cross‑functional teams (product, merchandising, marketing, and operations) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Supervisor and peers to share best practices, troubleshoot complex cases, and support special projects.
  • Stay up‑to‑date on arenaflex’s product catalog, promotional calendars, and emerging fashion trends to provide informed recommendations.
  • Document interactions accurately in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity for future analysis and outreach.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer‑service, support, or related role, preferably in e‑commerce or fashion retail.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a quiet, professional home workspace.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey empathy and confidence across multiple channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to think on your feet, solve problems creatively, and make decisions that satisfy both the customer and the business.
