Role Overview – Remote Data Entry & IT Support Specialist (Part‑Time)

As a Remote Data Entry & IT Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will serve as a critical liaison between the airline’s crew members and its technology ecosystem. Working from the comfort of your home, you will provide first‑ and second‑level technical assistance, ensure accurate data capture, and help maintain the integrity of arenaflex’s internal systems. Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Support: Deliver prompt, courteous support for all arenaflex hardware and software, including laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience supporting modern operating systems (Windows, macOS, or Linux) or completion of an IT Fundamentals certification (e.g., Coursera IT for Everyone).
  • Hands‑on experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting applications.
  • Ability to travel short‑term (up to ½ week) within Jamaica and the United States as required.
  • Valid travel documents permitting movement across Jamaica and the U.S.; eligibility to obtain a U.S. visa if needed.
