Position Summary

This full‑time, Monday‑through‑Friday role is based in the Omaha, NE metro area. You will work daytime hours (approximately 8:00 am – 4:30 pm) in a collaborative office environment. The position offers an hourly wage ranging from $18 to $20, commensurate with experience and demonstrated performance. arenaflex is seeking a meticulous, deadline‑driven individual who can consistently exceed quality standards while maintaining a rapid pace of work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter a wide variety of data into arenaflex’s proprietary and third‑party platforms using the latest data entry technology.
  • Perform real‑time verification of incoming information to ensure accuracy before it is committed to the system.
  • Update existing records, correct inconsistencies, and reconcile discrepancies identified during routine audits.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems that enable quick retrieval and reference.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and cross‑functional teams to prioritize high‑impact data sets and meet tight deadlines.
  • Generate daily and weekly reports on data entry volume, error rates, and turnaround times for continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with evolving software tools, data standards, and industry best practices.
  • Provide feedback on workflow bottlenecks and suggest process enhancements that increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1‑2 years of hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced data entry or similar administrative role.
