[Remote] Senior Developer Program Manager, AWS Developer Experience

They are seeking a Senior Developer Program Manager to drive operational rigor and strategic alignment across AWS Developer Relations, managing cross-functional workstreams and coordinating with service teams to shape technical content for developers.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive cross-team workstreams spanning DevRel, service teams, docs, and marketing, tracking commitments and removing blockers
  • Translate DevRel's work into strategic narratives for senior leadership audiences
  • Build and maintain the operating cadence — reporting, tracking, prioritization
  • Coordinate with service teams on developer marketing and feedback loops
  • Identify what's working and what's not across the org using data, then recommend changes

Skills

  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
  • 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
  • Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
  • Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
