They are seeking a Vertical Market Development Manager to oversee sales in the Healthcare, Senior Living, and Public Sector domains, focusing on building relationships and closing deals with institutional buyers.
Responsibilities
- Sell new and upgraded fitness equipment and related services for senior living, PT, medical, municipal, and public-sector environments
- Prospect facilities, departments, administrators, and institutional decision-makers directly
- Run the full sales cycle from lead generation and discovery through proposal, close, and order coordination
- Support design, procurement, installation, service, asset management, and warranty management
- Target your local market plus broader Healthcare, Senior Living, and Public Sector opportunities
- Leverage our full-service edge over OEMs and national chains
Skills
- 2+ years selling to senior living, rehab, PT, medical, municipal, government, or related institutional buyers
- Proven ability to generate and close business in healthcare, public-sector, or relationship-driven B2B environments
- Existing relationships with administrators, clinic groups, municipal departments, procurement teams, or public-sector decision-makers are a strong plus
- Independent hunter who thrives on relationship sales and disciplined follow-through
- Daytime availability M-F with travel flexibility
- Understands Healthcare, Senior Living, and Public Sector needs: safety, reliability, stakeholder coordination, budget awareness, and service responsiveness
- Reliable transportation for site visits and in-person meetings
- High School Diploma or GED
- Clean background & drug test
- Professional appearance
- Healthcare, senior living, rehabilitation, public-sector, government, or related sales track record preferred
