[Remote] Senior Account Manager

They are seeking a Senior Account Manager to guide clients in deploying and scaling their advertising efforts on the platform, focusing on onboarding, integration, and optimizing campaign performance.
Responsibilities
- Own the onboarding and retention journey for a portfolio of growth brands and agency partners
- Help clients integrate their channels (Search, Social, CTV, Programmatic) and unlock the full power of Atrium's automated tools and commands
- Analyze cross-channel campaign data to provide proactive performance recommendations and optimization strategies
- Partner with our engineering team to relay user feedback, helping to prioritize the product roadmap based on real client needs
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in digital media account management, customer success, or programmatic media buying
- Broad familiarity across multiple ad channels, with a solid understanding of platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or major CTV and programmatic DSPs
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical workflows or data insights clearly
- An entrepreneurial spirit. You are excited to help define the customer success playbook at a fast-growing, product-driven company
