Responsibilities: • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism. • Resolve issues related to orders, returns, and refunds efficiently and accurately. • Provide guidance on using Amazon's website, mobile app, and services. • Document customer interactions in the internal system. • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution. • Uphold Amazon’s standards for excellent customer service. Requirements: • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in using computers, the internet, and basic office software. • High-speed internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home. • Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not required. • Ability to multitask, solve problems, and work independently. • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
