At least 1 year of experience supporting and troubleshooting end-user systems, including hardware and software, telephony, printers, scanners, video conferencing, and other technologies. ? Executable knowledge of MS O365, Azure AD, Domain Controllers, and Windows OS. ? Proficiency in managing and monitoring installed systems and infrastructure, including Windows and Linux. ? Ability to install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools. ? Strong analytical skills to identify and address high-level needs across all systems. Preferred Qualifications: ?
