Key Responsibilities • Design and implement advanced web-based systems and SaaS solutions. • Analyze workplace experiences to provide actionable insights that drive enhancements. • Introduce new processes and refine existing workflows to boost productivity. • Collaborate effectively with a remote team to develop and implement new features. • Produce high-quality code and actively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. • Lead and mentor junior team members to foster their professional development. • Contribute to project specifications, establish goals, and ensure task completion. • Integrate diverse data sources to create impactful visualizations. • Architect databases for connected systems and enhance internal processes. Required Skills To excel in this role, you will need proficiency in at least two of the following areas: • Backend web service programming (Python, Node.js) • Web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) • Data analytics and statistical analysis • Natural language processing, sentiment analysis, and machine learning • Data visualization techniques Qualifications • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. • Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to mentor others.
