We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Desktop Publisher, working remotely from the comfort of your own home. As a key player in our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of tools, including Photoshop, Visio, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint, to create stunning presentations, edit images and videos, and manipulate graphics.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading global provider of integrated technology and services for the legal profession, with a competitive salary range of $24.41 to $32.00 USD per hour, plus eligibility for an annual bonus. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience as a Desktop Operator/Presentation Specialist, preferably within an investment bank, and be an expert in the Microsoft Office Suite package. Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, MapInfo, and CorelDraw or Illustrator is preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Intake jobs from clients and enter them into our proprietary workflow tracking tool
• Create pitchbooks and PIBs (Public Information Books) within template formats and Word styles
• Design custom templates and clean up poor-quality logos
• Prepare renderings, charts, and graphs, and proofread for accuracy
• Communicate effectively with the print department to outline client needs
