Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop teams of associates through coaching, training, and feedback to achieve business objectives
• Drive sales growth and financial performance by analyzing sales trends, managing inventory, and implementing business initiatives
• Deliver exceptional customer service by modeling and demonstrating the One Best Way (OBW) service model and resolving customer complaints
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, and mentoring
• Coordinate and complete job-related activities and assignments, including developing relationships with key stakeholders and identifying improvement opportunities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and support the company's mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

Requirements:

• 2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience, or 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
• Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Ability to analyze sales trends, manage inventory, and implement business initiatives to drive sales growth

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership or a related field
• Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership
• General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, with responsibility for performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
