Job Summary:

Peraton, a leading national security company, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team supporting USPS.com and associated applications. As a CSR, you will provide technical assistance to end-users via live chat sessions and email inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of technical issues. This is a remote opportunity that offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and the chance to work with a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction by resolving technical issues and meeting end-users' needs utilizing provided software and Knowledgebase.
  • Ensure timely resolution of end-user problems within Service Level Agreement (SLA) parameters.
  • Maintain end-to-end problem ownership of chat and email sessions, escalating issues to support teams when needed.
  • Work independently in a remote setting, achieving productivity goals and managing time effectively.
  • Collaborate with Customer Support team colleagues and other support organizations as required.

Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent with a minimum of one year of customer service experience.
  • U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Typing speed of 45 WPM with accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications and software (Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Help desk or service desk experience.
  • Familiarity with Live Chat and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software tools.
  • Degree from an accredited College/University.
