Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate Data Entry: Input high volumes of information into arenaflex databases and internal platforms with exceptional accuracy, including shipment records, customer details, billing data, inventory updates, and operational logs.
  • Data Verification & Quality Assurance: Perform regular data quality checks, cross-reference information across multiple systems, and identify discrepancies or inconsistencies that need correction.
  • Database Maintenance: Update, edit, and clean existing records to ensure all information remains current, accurate, and properly categorized.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with logistics coordinators, customer service representatives, and operational managers to gather, confirm, and validate data before entry.
  • Confidentiality & Compliance: Handle sensitive customer and business information in strict accordance with arenaflex data security policies and confidentiality protocols.
  • Reporting Support: Assist in generating routine reports, summaries, and data exports for internal teams and leadership as needed.
  • Process Improvement: Provide feedback on data entry workflows, suggest efficiency improvements, and help identify opportunities to streamline repetitive tasks.
  • Deadline Management: Complete assigned data entry tasks within established timeframes while maintaining high accuracy standards, even during peak operational periods.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, clerical work, or a related field is required. Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume data tasks accurately is essential.
  • Technical Proficiency: Solid working knowledge of data entry software, spreadsheet applications, and the Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook).
