About the Role: What You’ll Do as a Member Care Representative

As a Member Care Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibility will be to gather all necessary information from clients after they have submitted an insurance application to one of our carrier partners. This critical information is then provided to the insurance carrier underwriter to secure approval for the policy the client has purchased. You will serve as a vital link between the client, the carrier, and arenaflex’s internal teams, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience from application to approval.

Reporting to the Performance Manager and working collaboratively with the Case Management Team, you will encounter a variety of scenarios that require you to identify, adjust, adapt to, and correct complex situations. Each day will bring new challenges, and your ability to think critically and act decisively will be key to your success. Above all, you will be entrusted with maintaining strict client confidentiality and demonstrating the highest level of integrity in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact clients to collect all necessary documentation and information following the submission of their insurance application.
  • Accurately relay client information to insurance carrier underwriters to facilitate policy approval.
  • Take full ownership of the client relationship, responding promptly and professionally to client needs and inquiries.
  • Identify and resolve complex scenarios by adjusting approaches, adapting to new information, and implementing optimal solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company standards.

Compensation and Schedule

  • Competitive hourly pay of $15.50 per hour.
  • Full-time hours with a consistent schedule.
  • An 8.5-hour shift, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend possibilities.
  • Shifts will begin at or after 12:00 PM EST (11:00 AM CST, 10:00 AM MDT, 9:00 AM PDT). For most team members, the shift will run from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM EST.
