Position Overview

We are hiring a full-time Remote Data Entry and Content Analytics Specialist to support our streaming information and examination team. Reporting into the Advanced Analytics group, you will serve as a vital analytical partner to the Content team, applying scientific rigor to improve our content portfolio, marketing initiatives, and release strategy. This role pays a competitive rate of $22 per hour and is open to candidates located in or near Santa Monica, USA, with full remote work flexibility.

In this role, you will be responsible for applying advanced analytical techniques to large-scale, high-dimensional datasets, generating insights that drive critical business decisions across the content lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

• Predict Content Engagement: Develop and refine predictive models that forecast content performance, helping to guide acquisition decisions and inform investment in new programming.
• Optimize Release Strategy: Analyze and refine content launch and episode release strategies, identifying the optimal timing, sequencing, and promotional tactics to maximize audience reach and engagement.
• Test Marketing Approaches: Design and execute experiments to test marketing strategies, using data-driven insights to enhance content engagement and viewer retention.
• Develop New Metrics and KPIs: Ideate, develop, and operationalize new metrics and key performance indicators that accurately measure content performance for both tactical adjustments and long-term strategic planning.
