[Remote] VP Growth- Genoa Healthcare - Remote

Optum is dedicated to improving health care delivery through innovative solutions, and they are seeking a VP of Growth & Partnerships for Genoa Healthcare. This role involves driving sales, retention, and partnership strategies while overseeing high-performing teams to expand pharmacy partnerships and achieve revenue goals.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute Genoa's sales, retention and partnership strategies at the national, business-line level
- Partner with executive leadership to identify new market opportunities and optimize existing partnerships
- Represent sales, retention and partnerships in governance processes and strategic planning forums
- Work closely with Operations, Marketing, 340B, Payer Relations and other teams to deliver integrated solutions for clients
- Collaborate with matrix partners to ensure Genoa partner impact is considered in financial decisions
- Responsible for monthly forecasting, reporting, and tracking provider and consumer satisfaction via surveys
- Own accountability for sales, retention and partnership functions; annually this will include $900M TCV for external accounts and $450M TCV for new sites
- Lead a multi-tiered sales organization, including Sales Directors, Business Development Managers/Reps/Analysts
- Monitor pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and ensure attainment of sales targets
- Oversee account management for Genoa's partners, focusing on risk mitigation, retention, and growth opportunities for top partners and those at risk
- Direct oversight of specialized programs (eg 340B Program, Health Equity)
- Evaluate new partnership feasibility and serve as a board member for relevant coalitions
Skills
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, pharmacy services, or related fields
- Proven track record of leading multi-region teams and achieving aggressive growth targets
- Proven solid financial acumen with experience managing budgets and incentive programs
- Proven excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to influence at all organizational levels
- Experience in behavioral health or pharmacy care services
