[Remote] Senior Healthcare Document Management Consultant - Oracle Health

They are seeking a Senior Healthcare Document Management Consultant to lead the implementation and optimization of document imaging solutions within healthcare organizations, ensuring successful deployment and ongoing operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment, configuration, and support of document imaging and management solutions for healthcare organizations, ensuring strategic alignment and seamless integration with existing workflows and EHR systems
- Mentor and provide guidance to team members, fostering skills development and sharing industry best practices
- Analyze and optimize complex workflow processes; drive and champion process improvements to elevate efficiency, compliance, and user experience throughout the document lifecycle
- Oversee and actively participate in the development and delivery of training programs for both end-users and internal staff, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and solution adoption
- Act as escalation point and subject matter expert for technical troubleshooting, collaborating cross-functionally to resolve high-impact issues
- Manage and update comprehensive project documentation, including detailed training materials, workflow diagrams, and technical specifications
- Serve as a primary client liaison in both onsite and virtual environments, building strong relationships, gathering requirements, and providing strategic counsel throughout project lifecycles
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes, methodologies, and standards

- Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
