[Remote] Campus Recruiter
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Randstad USA is a leading staffing agency, and they are seeking a Campus Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for positions across national manufacturing plants and corporate departments. The role involves developing sourcing strategies, evaluating candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting. These duties include requisition management, process ownership, talent sourcing, candidate evaluation & screening, interview process, offer negotiations
- Experience managing student and entry level requisitions in multiple locations within multiple disciplines
- Proactive recruitment of passive candidates utilizing direct sourcing skills and techniques
- Evaluate and qualify top talent
- Develop sourcing strategy and establish the desired communication protocol with the hiring manager, TA leadership and HR team
- Professional, organized, strong communications and presentations skills, ability to work within a fast-paced environment and develop relationships across the organization
- Identify and leverage alternative sourcing methods
- Maintain and manage a well–developed network of candidates and / or skills to build a network quickly and comprehensively
- Partner with Hiring Managers to develop the recruitment search strategies, target school lists, sourcing, networking & recruiting calls to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for open positions
- Strong achievement drive, resilience, flexibility, and commitment to achieving goals
- Solid technical understanding of business processes and manufacturing practices
- Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the Director, Talent Acquisition
- Provide reporting and regular status updates to the Director, Talent Acquisition and hiring manager as required

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in University and/or Early Talent Recruiting
- Experience in recruitment focused on early talent engineering and corporate function positions
- Knowledge of Handshake
- Experience with Google Suite
- Experience with Workday
- Experience with Paradox
