[Remote] Global Product Marketing Analyst

They are seeking a Global Product Marketing Analyst who will play a key role in executing marketing projects and supporting product launches across regions.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute marketing projects in partnership with Product Marketing Managers and Specialists
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable work (e.g., website updates, collateral revisions, campaign assets)
- Manage web content updates by collaborating with Digital teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
- Coordinate updates to marketing and sales materials such as datasheets, brochures, and blog content
- Support global consistency by managing regional variations, including translations across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather input and validate content
- Use workflow tools (e.g., Asana or similar) to submit requests, track progress, and keep projects on schedule
- Review final deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project requirements
- Proactively communicate status, timelines, and potential risks to stakeholders
- Support internal alignment by helping coordinate materials for product launches and marketing updates
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or product marketing support (preferably in a B2B environment)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work with technical or complex content
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience working cross-functionally and coordinating across teams
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience supporting product marketing or technical product portfolios
- Familiarity with marketing workflows involving Creative, Digital, and regional teams
- Experience managing or coordinating marketing assets and content updates
- Exposure to tools such as CMS platforms or marketing systems (e.g., Aprimo, Microsoft Dynamics, Salsify, Asana, or similar)
